At a Baby Birdie Told Me we ship worldwide typically within 2 business days upon receipt of order.  We ship using Canada Post and Federal Express to safely handle your package and to ensure a timely delivery. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Shipping fees are pre-set by region and are automatically added upon checkout.  GST will be applied to shipping fees and include basic insurance coverage and a fuel surcharge.

At A Baby Birdie Told Me we are happy to offer free local delivery to the Oak Ridges, Richmond Hill and Aurora area over $50.00.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to A Baby Birdie Told Me due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs as well as the redelivery costs.

Delivery Refusal

Any refused orders will be charges a $20.00 fee and the customer is responsible for any costs that are incurred during the delivery process.

Sorry we do not ship to P O Boxes or R.R.#’s

Holiday and large volume orders may require extra processing times.

When a delivery is requested to a non-domestic address such as a Hospital or business the delivery must be made to a central delivery point such as a reception desk or mail room.
